Some partnerships just make sense - bold flavours, strong branding, and a cult-favourite London spot with a serious following. This was one of those moments.

When Wingmans teamed up with Tajín, the iconic Mexican chilli-lime seasoning brand, everything aligned for a standout limited-time menu - and a campaign to match.

The Idea

Wingmans wanted something fresh. Tajín had a flavour profile that already had foodie fans obsessed. Together, they created a line-up of exclusive dishes that celebrated both brands -and brand owner of Khi Media, Holly helped bring the entire collaboration to life online.

From campaign direction to execution, the full social rollout was managed start to finish -every visual, post, and promo planned with the goal of capturing that one-week-only energy and turning it into clicks, comments, and covers blown off the kitchen.

What Holly Delivered:

  • 📸 Creative direction and content production - with images that highlighted craveable textures, bold colour, and scroll-stopping angles

  • 🤝 Full collaboration management - overseeing every step of the Tajín partnership rollout, from coordination to comms

  • 🎁 Giveaway campaign strategy - to drive engagement and bring both audiences together

  • 🗓️ Launch planning - so the content and the menu dropped at just the right time for maximum traction

Why It Worked

The campaign tapped into urgency, visual appeal, and the power of a well-executed brand collab. It was fun, flavourful, and exactly what people wanted to see on their feed (and their plate).

Wingmans brought the food. Tajín brought the spice. I brought the strategy that made it all pop online.
